To induce frame growth in puberty?

Frame growth? Swimming is more ideal in puberty

What about Pullovers?
I don't know tbh, but most swimmers have amazing clavicles. When it comes to gymcelling focus on the muscles that enhance your frame. Delts,late,upper back,chest(do pullovers a great chest excersise)

neck bridges are the best for neck growth but they are dangerous so do neck curls instead

Well the most important thing to get a bigger muscle is to get stronger and do enough volume work. Just focus on heavy compound movements on the big 3 with ohp and a lot of volume work while eating in a surplus, but here is my list

Delts: strict ohp behind the neck press, and side raises and other isolation excersies don't go to heavy on btn

Lats: pullups,latpulldowns,meadow row and deadlifts

Upperback:snatchgrip rack pull(at all knee height) heavy rows, also snatchgrip deadlifts and all deadlift variations. Heavy front squats.

Chest: incline bench,flat bench,dumbbell work and those 2 handle machines forgot what's its called and also pullovers

Ab work?? I just do my compound movements like front squat/deadlifts to work it

Neck: neck curls with plate on your head or neckharness/neckflex

Try to get a pullup bar home bulit. Pull-ups enhances frame because of lats and a little rhomboids other than that I ain't no expert in this.

I only have a pullup bar, ab roller and mat for pushups

Try to do inverted rows if you can, also if you have a door anchor and bands who can do a variety of stuff
