Well the most important thing to get a bigger muscle is to get stronger and do enough volume work. Delts: strict ohp behind the neck press, and side raises and other isolation excersies don't go to heavy on btn
Lats: pullups,latpulldowns,meadow row and deadlifts
Upperback:snatchgrip rack pull(at all knee height) heavy rows, also snatchgrip deadlifts and all deadlift variations. Heavy front squats.
Chest: incline bench,flat bench,dumbbell work and those 2 handle machines forgot what's its called and also pullovers
Ab work?? I just do my compound movements like front squat/deadlifts to work it
Neck: neck curls with plate on your head or neckharness/neckflex
Try to get a pullup bar home bulit. Pull-ups enhances frame because of lats and a little rhomboids other than that I ain't no expert in this.Gym is closed due to corona
