You probably have bad D3 levels if you keep getting I’ll take 10,000 IU everyday for a couple months then lower it to 2,000 - 4,000 to maintain really good levels. Do that and you’ll never get I’ll with the flu again and if you do you will recover 100x faster. D3 is the most underused vitamin there is

I think your talking about getting sick. I dont really get sick. I just cant smell very well and I have allergy shiners under my eyes that look bad
