I was 246lbs, i lost 77lbs with cardio, i eat well, vegetables, fruits, meat, no sugar, no salt, gymmaxxing, i train my masseter with falim gum (if you have better method for training masseter tell me), i increase my potassium intake, i wan't to lost 22lbs more, thank you for your question
