There is no "best looksmax" it all depends on you, what you're flaws are.

I’m lean as fuck but I’m struggling with bloat and I’m doing everything right. Must be hormones if I got nothing else to blame it on

What's your age? it can be baby fat if you're not 17-18, I had the same, just do cardio and drink a lot of water

Obviously you're skin, it does seem like you're on accutane though from you're dry lips. After that I'd look into surgeries that'd improve you're lower third. You've got a decent base though.

(Fix you're skin and wait till you're 18 for surgeries.)

Rhino isn't needed. His nose looks bigger from the front compared to the side, mostly cause of the redness/inflammation, when he fixes his skin his nose from the front will slim down noticeably.

Get bloodwork and see if you can hop on TRT, will get mad jaw gains from it. Hop on hgh or ipamorelin and cjc. You'll need AI and fgfr3 blockers. Do topical skincare till you grow taller and comfortable with your height then you can hop on isotretinoin to stop acne and might as well pair with ghkcu for ideal skin complexity. Also glutathione and melanotan for a bright tanned look. Make SURE you're not malnourished on any nutrients in any way. This is probably all you'll need for a hardmax journey to htn+

What’s my rating now. And what are the biggest flaws I should fix. And what could be better

Use accutane and sunscreen when you go outside, use accutane until you've reached your cumulative dose. And from there you can add tretinoin and/or azelaic acid into you're routine for minor imprefections.

Lmtn, stop thinking about rating it doesn't matter for now you're too young

Accutane will delay growth, since he's 15 it's not a good idea.

TY! And I’m currently visiting a growth doctor. My growth plates are still open my bone age is 14.5-15.5 I started puberty a year and half later than my friends. Next 2 months I’m gonna see if I grow any more cms and visit the doctor again. I already got zinc. Vitamin d3 5000 ui and other nutrients

Currently you're somewhere around lmtn, if you do what I said above you could reach htn. You're facial bones are mostly grown, the only one's that may have some growth in them, are you're mandible and zygomatic's. Just wait until you're 18. And from there you can look into surgeries if you're not satisfied with you're looks.

There's no concrete evidence on whether accutane will delay you're growth spurt. The only evidence's shown are on animals (with the dose being in triple digits) with a whole different microbiome to us humans, which means the way animals absorb compounds is different to us humans. If you're truly scared that it may delay you're growth, then keep the dosage at around/under 0.5mg/per kg.

No need rn cuz I’m on tret and it’s been a few months it’s quite working it wouldn’t be the best idea to switch to accutane since tret is working

Long hair is very OP also, assuming you got good long hair genetics. Clear skin and preventing Norwooding(clear skin you can help by getting vitamin A from your diet which I assume you maybe mean also).

If tret works out for you then no need to switch, From you're pictures you're acne seems to be more on the severe side, with a lot of PIE/PIH marks. Stay on tret for a few more months and if you're still dealing with new pimples or you're acne doesn't seem to fix. I would recommend accutane at that point. Trust me it doesn't have any effect on you're growth.

(You could add azelaic acid into you're routine it helps with redness and marks.)

Fix your skin dude... acne tanks your appearance extremely. Clear skin is ultra mega halo and amazing for your confidence and well-being, others will feel very impressed and mogged also. Trust.

Maybe in the future. I can’t just hop on accutane rn cuz I’m on tret.

Curly hair is amazing for volume, high volume hair mogs as fuck also. Grow it long and you can get crazy good volume if it is very thick especially.

Right, oral retinoids are superior though. I take oral retinol has worked extremely well past 2 1/2 years of taking it. It is kind of poor man's isotretinoin(more "natural" also and good for your eyesight which isotretinoin might have risk of weird effects on).

LOOKSMAXES FOR GOOD BASE? List your best
good base already? then just don’t fuck it up
highest ROI:
get lean (sub 12%)
train consistently, especially upper body + side delts
haircut that actually fits your head shape
skincare locked (tret + moisturizer + sunscreen)
sleep 8hrs
posture + mewing if you’re still young
that’s 90% of it. everything else is diminishing returns or cope.
