What supplements genuinely helped you guys and made a difference in your looks, or are they all cope.

Cope. You can take some for overall health, and they may subtly affect your appearance over time.

I take Zinc, Magnesium, TUDCA, D3, Fish Oil, NAC, Astaxanthin, Beta-Carotene, Lycopene, Probiotics, L-Theanine, Multivitamins, MSM and Glucosamine.

Mostly the same. Aside from beta-carotene, lycopene, L-theanine.

It's expensive, though. I wouldn't recommend it if he's a teenager, or natural.

Why would I? Most of these supplements aim to improve mitrochondrial function and reduce oxidative stress.

He doesn’t necessarily need them, if he’s not lacking in diet, taking steroids, or is generally stressed out.
Especially not during his teens, where his body should be on peak function.

You’re assuming a perfect diet which is way rarer than having a deficit. You are right tho a healthy teenager body should be in his peak form

Yes, but why not just do the research and adjust the diet accordingly, instead of trying to replace a proper diet with supplements?
There are also different forms with different absorption rates, varying quality levels, individual differences, and the risk of contaminated products- just like with modern nutrition.
So he’ll need to do some research beforehand anyway, and potentially get bloodwork done as well, which ideally he should know how to read and interpret.
