What are the best methods and foods to achieve the ideal amount of macronutrients without getting bloated?

I wanted at least some suggestion on how to achieve this,

I need goods and cheap food that doesn't have any problems and that I can get and eat at any time.

For example, I was thinking about eating sweet potatoes because they are easy to access and have a low GI, but after doing some calculations I realized that I would have to eat like 2kg of potatoes to get the carbohydrates for the day, what makes it unfeasible
I also thought about eating oats but it's very difficult to eat them in large quantities.

proteins seem to be the hardest, please I need help to gain weight 😭
I'm tired of not making gains in the gym by just eating healthy foods
(I'm also using beans to get potassium)
 
1. Red meat

2. 3 eggs

3. A stick of butter

You will never feel bloated if you eat this once a day as your only meal. Nothing else.
