I am losing hair but too scared from fin man. blocking DHT feels like a nightmare especially that I've never been high T and still look babyish at 20. what do you think? how old are you and did you experience any sides?
  • no dairy, pasta, rice, bread, high saturated fat or refined sugar
mind elaborate on why specifically you avoid those?
what do you do?

will appreciate any help I am doing skincare alr not seeing any results and thinking about changing my diet and deal with my hairloss

I feel you bro. I felt the same way after reading what people say on the internet.

I said fin but actually i am doing dutasteride, not finasteride. Dutasteride is a more potent version. According to people on the internet, it fully castrates you JFL :lul: in reality I took it and have zero side effects. At all. And if it's like most meds, most people taking it have no side effects either.

I am 32 and an incel :feelswhy: but I've had a remarkably rough life, with my childhood being the worst part. Until recently I didn't have time to think about those things or I would've looksmaxxed and probably ascended before. Because, other than the super recessed chin, I see no other big defects in my face. I actually think I will be normie after frauding that. Not to mention after I get results from working out.

Dairy and refined sugar give me acne. It clears my skin when I don't have them for a while. With the rest I didn't notice anything but cut them off because they're supposed to cause acne to some people and I wanted to have the best diet possible.

what do you do?
Sunscreen so I age more slowly from now on, cleansing and moisturizing. That's it. Minimalistic with no exfoliation so it doesn't irritate my skin. But I could add a retinoid to prevent aging, maybe when I'm older, right now I look younger.

thanks bro

don't forget to supplement with calcium if you stop having dairy. i also take vit D since the sunscreen prevents me from absorbing it from the sun, but idk if it's necessary

btw unless you have dry skin, you may not even notice anything from the skincare routine that I said, because if you don't exfoliate it won't be very obvious (though cleansing twice a day is like very mild exfoliation already), but it's still good for you, and the sunscreen in particular I think will make you age less from now on and look younger in the future
