What are the best nutritious foods to increase overall health and height?

I know food doesn't really matter for height, but health does so what would be the best options to focus on my height?
 
Olive Oil, Fish, Eggs, vegetables, fruits
 
Focus on rare or raw red meats, sea foods like sardines, shrimp and salmon... Full fat Yogurt to replace rice or breads for satiety, raw or slightly heated rwa milk, butter, ghee and etc.. Opt for plant based foods with low oxalate count or anti nutrients to preserve all that u have, And never forget that eating lots of fiber with the above blocks lots of the enzymes ur bodys getting from these animal based foods.
