Anyone know any good softmaxes that I might not know just like good daily habits and that shit or can anyone recommend a thread to look at

I’m currently doing this but I’m concerned because I’m 15 and my maintenance is 2.8k cal I’m at 1,700 for my deficit but I also want to keep my growth going I’ve been taking omegas and Calcium but should I have any worries about growth?Getting to 10-12% body fat is probably the best one out there.

I’m sadly Hispanic but I started tanning to get a better tone and that has been workingfixing coloring worked a lot for me, dying hair,eyelashes,eyebrows to match what would look good with your eye color and skin tone

Yeah I know I just realized its not in questions sub. Still the fact remains that getting lean is the best softmaxx of all.Don't cut that hard, go a bit easier on it. Eat at maybe 2300 calories for your deficit instead. It'll take longer, but should be better for growth.

My current diet is 2 chicken breast whole carton of Costco egg whites mixed with 2 whole eggs some protein yogurt bagel and rice for pre and post workout carbs and honestly about it I do take multi vitamins and omegas what should I add to my dietgrowth.
