What are the best softmaxxing techniques while you are still in your puberty to reach full potential?

I already drink 3 liters of water a day and about 1/3 liter coconut water, I use gua sha 2 times a day, I eat healthy and do neck exercises, but I was wondering if there is more.

first of all stop coping gua sha and coconut water and get lean but softmaxxing wont get u far son :lul:

Stop coping with the gua sha eat all ur micros and macros dont cut always maintain/slight surplus go to the gym then u can do some more specific stuff like tanning taking beta carotene supplements melatonin ashwagandha and stuff
