I'm trying to gain mass to fight larger opponents. I want something that builds dense muscle and little hypertrophic muscle. That's why I've been training to complete failure to make sure that the muscle is as dense as possible.
I'm aware this will decrease my speed , but I can hopefully make up for it with some insane devastating power.
