> Tight muscles -------(eg: not being able to do a full split / having tight erector spinae, thus causing Anterior Pelvic Tilt)
> Improve posture ----(eg: not holding proper torso AND shoulder posture)
> Increase height -----(eg: loosen tight muscles in the spine and hip area)

Also can stretching in puberty give permanent extra height? or is that fake

stretching for height just decompresses the spine, doesnt make ur bones grow
