Estrogen is good for you at regulated amounts, unless you are hypogonadal and your E:T ratio is thrown way off. If you need to manage estrogen specifically you can use raloxifene or other SERMs

If you want to increase testosterone you can use Test Ethanoate, Test Cypionate, or Test Propionate
