What are the best surgeons for infraorbital rim implants

I quite like the results form Sherber and Rad , i know a lot of people like throwing around the name of dr eppley but icl seeing so many of his cases look botched, botched to me being that its obvious they had surgery, like the guy from the 3rd pic i attached, i dont find him very appealing as a surgeon pick. The result i want is to get rid of the dark circle appearance, and from what i see infraorbital implants are a good choice, but im curious if anyone here has done more research into surgeons and knows other good options, obv im biased against dr taban cus of frank tufano s case, so i dont think im considering that lol
