I'm very recessed and Ik it's kind of over already but I'm planning to get double jaw surgery and a genioplasty regardless.
For the midface would getting CCW rotation make the nose base/upper maxilla be more pushed forward and better Nasolabial Angle, or would paranasal implants make sense either. For the undereye area is infraorbital or some fat graftings better or both. Open to any advice or surgeries.
