but yeah lefort 2,1. Possibly maxila expansion (MSE, SAARPE).
Implants in the midface area probably look super uncanny and gay/femenine tho, like you gained fat there.

also, you will proabbly never convince a surgeon to give you lefort 2 let alone 3 unless it is some black market curry working out of his garage who frauds his medical license. Might be worth it tho if you are low inhib enough jfl
