Yes i am planning on surgery, yes i am aware i need a new hair style, willing to do anything that wont kill me

Currently working on, Debloat, skin shading, skin quality, skin lines, upping bw

water intake, 4-5.5l
nothing proceeded
water and coconut water/milk strictly for the last month
completely cut out fake sugars around the same time as i went strictly to water and milk
running anywhere between 1-3 miles per day (working up)
if its simply just over please lmk.

imo you need to gain some muscle mass
2pic is pretty good with much hair, on 1pic you look like from Auschwitz but you are young so maybe its okay, but anyway with time you need more masculinness
