I am 15, and I’m about 5'10, but the doctor said I am expected to be 6'2 or 6'3. What can I do to optimize bone growth, height, facial structure, etc.? Most of the people in my family were late bloomers, so idk if that will help. Also, most of my life I have been very high BF and had a terrible diet until recently, where I am currently trying to become leaner but I still have lots of face fat.

Diet. Diet diet diet diet!

Diet is so underrated and can impact your develpoment so much, make sure your back is straight at all times (even if it looks a bit zesty), prioritize collagen, zinc, protein & calcium intake for bone growth & make sure you're having a healthy amount of water.

At 15 you should already be spamming softmaxxes, wageslaving for surgery and improving your social circle.

What are some good foods that will help get me these things? (I love close to the ocean so seafood is very accessible)

for collagen eating fish skin is great (usually when you make grilled fish, the skin stays on, try eating a ton of that)
protein is most meats, i'd say go for red meats as they have more nutrients than a majority of white ones
and for zinc, oysters (since you live near the ocean) are amazing, but eggs are also good

rep me now pls :p:p

Focus on nutrition, diet, exercise, sleep, and posture. This is the best way to maximize your potential while going through puberty.
