What are the best threads to maximize health in general during puberty?

Im 13 (turning 14 this month) and i wont be able to get my hands in hgh til im atleast 14.5 so i'd like to know some good threads to maximize my "health" (maximize natural testosterone, natural gh etc)
also i already know abt the basics like deep sleep, maybe some supplements if possible like melatonin or magnesium + l theanine etc but i'd like to read optimal diet etc

tbh i dont know shit im 14, so you probably won't get good advice from me I just happen to have good genetics
 
eating animal based will be a huge help

I am turned 14 last December
Last year in the summer break,when I was still 13,I got used to sleeping at 9:30-10:30pm so I grew 3cms in one month then I just got addicted to some romance animes,stayed up until 1am the following month so i didn't grow an inch.
I will fix my mistake this summer man fuck it
-get nutritions
-get sunlight
-get at least 9hours sleep everyday
-exercise + play sports
Basic thingss tho
