Eat more foods*
Get sunlite
Take walks
Keep stress low*
Clean molds and prevent them*
*Orange juice
Orange (both aid in t3)
Eggs
Bronw rice (both have selenium)
Sardine
Salmon (lol, for Iodine)
Carrots
Apple (Iodine, Beta-Carotene)
Chicken
Red Meat (Zinc)
Coconut oil
Milk
Oysters(HDL Cholesterol, B12, Zinc)
Dunno about the coconut oil but it's definitely better than veg oil
*Eat more carbs in general to keep stress low. And avoid things which cause stress like worry, sadness and pain.
*avoid molds and everything.
