I dont think its his height realistically its probably just his weight. My half brother is 5’4 at late 13s and he is like middle of the road height hes never been bullied for it to my knowledge. But being 25% bf at 14 is definitely gonna get you bullied i saw it all the time. That was my first wake up call to lookism ngl.

True thats brutal but you have to be already tall even when your skinny or fat because your classmates in the same age as you will see you as prey thats what i aknowledge from what I seen being the shortest in middle school is gonna give you prob future manlet status

Yea its brutal only option left for manlets is to moneymaxx or become a gymcel which if you have a high smv while being short being a gymcel is not a bad idea.

If you have money just fly to turkey for heightsurgery idk what its called again but you gain atleast 10cm of height after the surgery

its fucking shit u have to learn to walk again in a clinic but its worth it if ur 5,4ft manlet and got nothing to lose
Yea thats the good thing about being short or ltn you really got nothing to lose surgery/peptide wise thats why im trying to get double jaw lol

Mechanical loading of bones is also good (e.g being active, gym). Overall a healthy diet rich in fruits berries vegetables and quality meats is good as well.
