in general and for me (14 yrs 5'5 25 percent bf)

bro its over for height 5,5 and tanner stage 4 although judging by you admiting to 5,5 i dont think you care to much but best cardio is stairmaster

Walk around as often as possible. If you go to the gym go on the treadmill with a high incline setting and moderate/semi high walking pace for 25-30minutes or alternatively go on the stairmaster intensity 7-10 20 mins.

And what about combat sports, swimming related sports, running and sprinting ?
