What are the best ways to avoid getting cancer?

To avoid skin cancer: avoid direct sunlight for long periods and wear sunscreen.

I assume no alcohol no smoking and good diet I already do all this stuff anything else?
avoid infections, and don't live in a polluted urban shithole.

congratulations now you're mostly immune to cancer.

it's predominantly a chronic self inflicted lifestyle disease that people voluntarily give to themselves, almost no cancer is genetic, all of this shit has been known for half a century too.

So as long as I live a healthy lifestyle I’m good?

more or less, that's the vast majority of cancer, it's just a chronic lifestyle disease that you avoid by making healthy choices, same goes for almost all cardiovascular disease.

You cant have a aspirin deficiency. But yeah once a week is okay .every day or every other day is better. You can take it with k2 mk4 to prevent blood thinning

and then supplement maxing : magnesium + zinc + vit c + vit d3 + k2 and possibly other stuff like iron , vit e , omega-3
