You need to drink a lot of water (over 3L a day)

if u want to stay debloated for long period of time then u need a good diet with cardio/walking

if u wanna debloated quick for the next day then intense cardio or just walking, low sodium/sugar ratio, either starving or very low cal high protein diet, and sweating

Mark this as solution: just dont eat things with alot of sodium and salt in (still eat them as they are still good for your diet but just dont over do them).

for me it takes like a day of less sodium to be debloated.

also drink minimum 2L of water a day. I do around 3L.

keep good gut health by limmiting processed foods and junk foods as more junk means bad gut health and more bloating

with in the hour you wake up everday drink around 0.5 - 1 L

pottasium is good for debloating (dont quote me on that) so i have a bannana with my linch every day.

before you go to sleep make sure to drink some water so you dont dehydrate over night. I would say around 0.25 to 0.5 L most the time and if its hot (or the summer) drink around 0.5 to 1 L before you sleep.

Make sure you dont chug the water, otherwise you will just pissball of it out.

To prevent this I would say drink sparkiling water (but if you cant afford this i wouldnt bother)

I would also recommend to do lymphatic drainage every day.

Because you will be drinking lots of water you will probibaly need to piss alot because your body is not used to haveing so much water. But after aroud 2 weeks your body shoild get used to it.

You get bloated because of water retention, so by drinking aton your body wont need to retain the water because it knows it will get some soon. So you wont get bloated.

Most other ways people so you can debloat is cope so i wouldnt bother.
