What are the best ways to fix an overbite?

I’ve been told several solutions to fix an overbite, most of which don’t work or have a poor change, i’ve already gotten braces but is there anything else which could speeden the process?

Not tryna do surgery icl, its been abt a year with braces and i’m not really seeing a difference, perhaps i need to wait longer
