What is the best cheats for getting lean (im not fat btw) i need some to get lean really fast i stopped going to the gym for a while ( NOT a gymcel) and im kinda fat and getting looks from girls but bad looks so i need cheats to get lean fast

This is obvious stuff that you probably already know but it's worth adding.

I'm not going to go into a copious amount of detail but I can give you a few "hacks" - overall the only way to really lose weight is through a caloric deficit. To calculate your maintenance calories you can use a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculator. These can be found online just by searching "TDEE calculator" or by clicking...

Jump rope. But just do them over the course of a day. When I'm just lazing around not doing much, I will do 3 mins worth of jump rope every 15 mins. Aim for 30-60 mins of jump rope per day

If you want low effort cardio, then walk. Sometimes I just walk my neighborhood whilst listening to DBDR videos.

Maybe Ozempic to suppress appetite

I heard coffee suppresses appetite so i drink like 1-2 a day

It's aight, but not as strong as Ozempic.

If you constantly eat over your calorie goal, then something that helps me to prevent that is spacing out meals so I'm never hungry. When I have long gaps in between meals (like 8 hours) I'm more likely to eat takeout or some shit

To calculate your maintenance calories you can use a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculator. These can be found online just by searching "TDEE calculator" or by clicking here <

Make sure to set your activity level to sedentary, regardless of your activity level, otherwise the answer you get will be inflated. Once you have your maintenance calories subtract 500 (or whatever you can reasonably start off with) and you'll get your deficit. Eventually, you'll notice stagnation in your results, this is where you'll increase the deficit. Make sure it's something you can actually stick with. The intensity of which you would like to take the cut is entirely up to you.


Make sure to check out MyFitnessPal - this is where you'll log your calories. You can either manually search up the items and add them, or you can scan the products and upload them to the app .




Cheats / Hacks for leaning out
The answer to your question (hopefully).

I'm sure you're aware of the above, but just incase any other people who click on this thread are in a similar situation to you, I think that it's important to mention it for their sake.


  • Consume a good amount of Protein. This will keep you fuller for longer and it'll help preserve your muscle.
  • Drinking water with every meal. Will also help with making you feel full. Works better than you think.
  • Spices. Adding spice into your food will boost your metabolism - this will obviously aid in fat loss.
  • 10k Steps. Self explanatory.
  • 0 Calorie sodas (ex. Pepsi Max). This will help with curbing your potential sugar addiction.
  • Use a smaller plate for your meals. It will trick your brain into thinking you've eaten more than you have.
  • 0 Calorie jellies. Highly recommended by many.
  • Fasted Cardio. Helps target fat stores more efficiently.
  • Batch cook your food. Make all your food for the following week on Sunday. Throw it in some tubs and put them in the freezer.
  • Chewing gum. Tricks your brain into thinking your eating. Worth a shot.
  • Analyse. Before you eat something, sit with the feeling of hunger for 20 minutes and ask yourself whether or not you're actually hungry or just bored. Drink some water and give it a little while before you eat.
  • Brush your teeth after eating. Bit of a weird one, but it's been recommended to me before.
  • Chopsticks. Makes it harder to eat and you can't just vacuum down food - you have to work for it.
  • Eat with your non-dominant hand. An alternative to the previous hack if you don't have chopsticks.
  • No YouTube whilst eating. This makes eating more intentional like the previous two mentioned.

TLDR: Caloric deficit and drink lots of water.



It's a pain but keep in mind: if you can do this, you will ascend and the reward of shredding down is exponential.
