I measured and my canthalt tilt is neutral, its just the negative hooding makes it seem negative, do you have any advice on this? also wut wud u rate me?

gotta fix those thin eyebrows, derma stamp your eyebrows and add like 10% topical Minoxidil and as a bonus take some oral Minoxidil for more systemic affect for ALL your hair. thats how i would fix it
