What are the bimax results on lips and midface ?

1) What is the exact result of Bimax surgery ( with CCW rotation) on the lips/philtrum ? Mine is already straight ( vertical from a side view, like the second guy on the picture), and I dont want to end with an diagonal upper lips ( first guy on the picture). So, could bimax cause that kind of change? If yes, how to avoid it?
2) Will Bimax with CCW rotation make the midface apear smaller ?
3) In wich cases is Modified Lefort 3 better than Lefort 1 with CCW ?
