what are the cons of ptosis surgery

yeah it makes ur eyes more rounded and less almond but if you get lower eyelid retraction along with it, it cant be that bad

this is what im scared of, i wanna reduce uee from ptosis surgery but my eyes are already round/almond so cutting off ue and making them bigger is what scares. Im thinking lower retraction or infra orb. implant will cancel it out but i dont think itll cancel it out enough.
