What are the differences between tretinoin and isotretinoin (accutane)?

I unfortunately only have access to the later one so my question is whether it is worth it to try and get my hands on isotretinoin or would tretinoin gel suffice (my acne is mild and I need it more so to shrink my nose if possible as it is one of my oil excessive zones and my pores are constantly clogged)

tretnoin is the topical version which is cope for acne, and isotretnoin is the pill version (btw google is free) if u want the nose shrink then only accutane does that if ur acne is also mild you probably don't have a good chance of getting it prescribed

I am aware about the first part I was asking about the effects difference, is tret really that useless?

pretty much its only good for anti aging and evening out skin tone not really removing acne
