what is the difference between these. I need the first one without this arch thing. Would this be called a malar-infraorbital implant? I dont think I need saddled since my orbitals are good, just upper maxilla + zygos is not projected enough

Hoping to get rid of these and also add volume to midface to get rid of shadow.

now, who shall I go to for best custom infraorbital implants and who is best surgeon. Im based in UK. Do I consult a surgeon, get the ct scan, get someone to design the implant then go back to surgeon? how does the process work

also eye area/zygos > jaw. I might even get this implant before genio since I can just grow a beard for jaw lol. your zygos/midface projection/eye area can legit make or break ur face.
