What are the effects of overusing hydrocortisone?

I recently got .5% hydrocortisone (couldnt get 1%). I read other threads about 1% hydrocortisone and they say to use it once a day, but what about .5%? Is it safe to use more than once? What happens if you overdo it?

idk i used to do 1% 2x a day and it didnt do much imo

Even at 0.5%, long-term or multi-daily facial use causes skin atrophy (thinning), broken capillaries/telangiectasia, steroid rosacea, and rebound flare-ups
