What are the flaws of my eyes + how do I fix them.

I can do any surgery because I’m 13, are there any alternatives to fixing this.

your facial structure will change alot during the coming years dont obsess over it now since you cant really change it but you have good eyelashes but kind of weak eyebrows could maybe do some coloring if you want but people around you will notice it so maybe hold off on that

i think the more defined eyelashes and such give it that impression but idk he might have some genetics for it
