Lets say you're at 4iu daily, for the first 1-2 weeks use 2iu daily, then 3-4 use 1iu daily then week 5-6 use 1iu eod before being completely off

You can definitely take it all year, just know it'll take longer to cycle off of, but I would recommend hgh itself over anything else that "produces" hgh

I would say take it alongside igf-1
