yeah you can use that to make your jaw, cheekbones, fhwr bigger. there even is a chantal tilt option. or you could just liquefy yourself

A really good one which I liked is FaceGen (https://facegen.com/). It can generate a 3D image of your face with just a frontal picture. The accuracy of the image can be improved with two side profile pictures of either side. Then once the image has beeen generated, you can experiment with 30 or so parameters to morph the face as you please.
