what are the hardmaxx s i can get to minimize uee and lack of under eye support

thats what my eyes look like rn when i smile under my eye gets really shallow and looks even worse what kind of hardmaxx i can get to get rid of this ik softmaxx aint gonna do shit w this one. i have fat grafting or hyaluronic acid filler for the uee and the undereye in my mind. what do you guys say?

Absolutely. I believe he had lower lid retraction and canthoplasty aswell but infras and supras will get you far

Interesting. Not aware of that. You could do infras+lower eyelid retracting but yeah risk of blinding shouldnt be a problem at if its a good surgeon
