Bodybuilders here instead of buying high priced shit and sometimes even industrialized to eat a "normal" quantity, they buy a lot of cheap and natural things and overeat them, they eat mainly tons of eggs and chicken breast, at the end of the month they spend much less, have sometimes a more healthy life and have the same result as the other fags that eat expensive things.
