High, low, ?

Like what would be the ideal masseter insertions to achieve hollow cheeks (assuming the person has wide jaw and projecting zygos and low bodyfat)

bruh more like can ur jaw fit ur masseter insertions so that your face not round

It's irrelevant. You need a tall ramus with outward gonions for hollow cheeks. If you had this (without surgery), your masseters would be low set by virtue of naturally falling into the pocket of the gonion.

Along the dotted line, a prominent edge along there will create the appearance of hollow cheeks. Jaw and lower cheekbones.

Bone projection

Fillers cant really do it. Implants or bone smash, bone smashing works better then you might think if you can tolerate the shock of pain, but I've also read reports of people seriously injuring them selves doing that so beware. Worked for me anyways, nerves don't feel pain in my face or jaw anymore.
