What are the ideal proportions for height frauding

When i talk about height frauding i dont mean a little pussy height fraud of a little shoe lift, to adequately fraud more than 3 inches and look normal, what are the ideal anatomical traits for frauding

dont go over 3 inches or just get shoes that make you an inch taller and put insoles in that make you another 1 inch taller, its more important to have proper shoes to highfraud imo

try to avoid soles that are bulky asf because people will notice

Tbh i do need more nt shoes for daily use but for clubbing ill wear elevator shoes
