What are the issues in my features

There’s something that makes me look off, I know I have a short ramus and pretty shitty development, but what are the other issues I have? If there is any advice on how I can improve them also please let me know.

your jaw is downgrown you have dorsal hump your ramus is short your chin does not ideally protrude you lack infra orbital support because your maxilla is flat. consider lefort 2 and infra orbital implants rhino and malar implants
