hyperphosphatemia is an issue no matter what, either severely change your diet or take Sevelamer, blindness is an issue but usually only if you take more than 5mg I believe and its not permanent so if you simply stop taking it your eyesight will go back to normal, blindness only affects 25% of erda users anyway so you will likely not even experience it, but taking Saffron (one capsule a day of saffron extract) will ensure that even if you are in the 25% that you dont lose your eyesight. Obviusly cycle your erda so do maybe 5 weeks on 2 weeks off, you will still grow anyway. Scoliosis and bone deformities is only an issue if you take more than 5mg daily which you shouldnt be doing anyway. also even if you get scoliosis its worth it to be 190
Besides that, all sorts of skeletal deformities like scoliosis and scfe can happen due to growing too quickly, taking it low dose, not for long times and praying to God should prevent this
Take sevelamer every meal, methyl support (creatine monohydrate, TMG) to counter the methylation burden, you could also get cAmp support but imo unnecessary, dorzolamide if youre a few months into treatment or get any visual symptoms also agree with the saffron as AryanTrvecel mentioned
