The answer is any (save for maybe Canada) *provided you have second citizenship in another country* and don’t reveal that you are American. The way the child support slavery system works is via your social security number. In database terms that is the primary key to everything you officially own. My dad got rid of his British citizenship before I was born so can’t get uk passport. Might go to portugal and live there since it’s the fastest country in Europe and still strong passport
