what are the legit, effective habits or methods

Been into looksmaxxing for a while now, and while I’ve already nailed the fundamentals (consistent gym routine, clean diet, skincare, posture correction, mewing, fat loss, etc.), I’ve hit a plateau in terms of improvements and insight. A lot of advice online just rehashes the basics or is pure cope/theory with no real results.

Not here to troll or waste anyone’s time—genuinely looking to level up. So if you're doing any looksmaxxing stuff I’d appreciate you sharing.

Anything that’s worked for you beyond normie-tier stuff is valuable. I know a lot of y’all gatekeep or don’t post unless the question is serious

only thing i can think of is wolff's law but u probably alr know

if u are young and ur growth plates aren't closed there's a way to potentially grow by 0.5 to 1 inches. the people who say you can grow more than that via this method are retarded just ignore them. This will take 6-12 months minimum.
