  • marpe/mse for actual skeletal expansion in older teens and adults
  • sarpe/sarme (surgically assisted) if marpe isnt enough or the palate is too resistant
  • segmental le fort 1
mewing, thumb pulling and chewing wont widen an adult maxilla
