The better you look the more people will think you are deserving of success

The worse you look the more they will think the opposite

I've gotten mad when I've seen unattractive guys with chicks and have felt the urge to try and take their woman from them

And it would occur to me that I wouldn't have the urge to do that if the guy was better looking

So even if you succeed as an unattractive male, people will generally just think you're lucky, resent you, or they will think you undeserving of resources they feel rightfully belong to them and try and interfere (this is my tendency)
