What are the long-term impacts of silicone implants that are secured using nails?

Apparently the implant will inevitably have to settle into the bone which will cause an imprint, but what are the effects of silicone implants in like 30 years?

Bone in the face changes as we age but does that have a negative aesthetic consequence on the implant(s).

Also, any long term health consequences?
