Look I'm gonna help you, even though you should have researched, to save your time. You have a long ass midface (0.87 or 0.88 ratio). That's like truecel tier. It's also the one failo you can't solve. Almost every surgery on you would be pointless, because it'll just make the midface worse.
Also it's not lens distortion judging by how far the camera is from your face.
Even OBO won't save you, because your problem is the length of the midface not the width of eyes (but they aren't good either).
