I'm 14 I weigh 50 kg I eat in calorie surplus around 3k for a couple of months and still no weight gain also I'm 5'7 and I have like zero bone mass but like I am a I picky eater so I can't just eat eggs and raw meat btw and I play rugby as a fullback I can easily tackle people twice the size of me once I tackled this 6'3 kid who was deffo not our age also should I show my phsquie cause I got defenition

To become stronger and also more bone mass and to look better and also to actually gain the calories I'm eating instead of my metabolism just devouring them

You can't get more bonemass from peptides or hormones

physique-wise realistically test would be an option if you weren't 14 years old

You shouldn't be taking anything, and gh isn't in your budget.

To become stronger you might want to do a test cycle for example, not sure a peptide would do the job, you have to know you're still young though.

And nothing can give you more bonemass sorry to debunk it for you.

No its the fact you're talking about random stuff like rugby and tackling tall guys I thought this was gonna be about peptides.

dont go on test it will mess you up cuz ur 14
but you cant afford gh either so i reccomend just not bothering with anything until later
 
Maybe I should start with softmax first and then if that doesn't acsned me peptides?
Try to find your maintenance calories intake first, eat in a slight surplus, to maximize your growth
AND DONT EAT YOUR CALORIES WITH BAD STUFF, eat clean, a lot of proteins and don't listen to whoever tells you to spend your days eating raw meat.

Go out, do a lot of sports to maximize your health and growth again, mainly your puberty if you haven't hit it yet.

Wander around the forum to find some safe softmaxxes you could do without issues such as growing lashes, dying your hair, tanning etc etc... just don't fuck your hormones or way of life that would fuck your puberty just to have slight changes on your face.

Stay as healthy as possible and wait a few years before considering a cycle.

Genes and good habits will do the job, just pray.
