As far as I know, have reasearched and can assume from the information and details of specific people I have at hand:
-Otto Dirlewanger in terms of how messed up things anyone has done
-Mao Zedong in terms of evil inflicted into the world
-In Europe probably Stalin (Although its worth noting Lenin or maybe even Trotsky would have done more evil in his position)
-Modern times: Various rich ppl an organizations (amongst them Jews, Liberals, Anti-Jews and self proclaimed "Christian" Preachers) who use their money to cause violence, feelings of danger and division in society.
Please inform me if you know any more evil people or people who have/are inflicted/inflicting more evil onto the world.
