These can be methods for anything, looks or physique. But what actually works?

Sleeping works.

Working out works.

Eating healthy works.

Showering works.

Brushing teeth works.
 
hair: minoxidil and fin/dut (all else is cope & trash, no scientific backing)
skincare: sunscreen and a few mostly prescription only active ingredients like tretinoin (depends on your issues)
 
Good sleep , good diet , Frauding and abusing drugs for your flaws:feelsokman::feelsyay:
